Continuous Working Biodiesel Separator with Two Motor Controlled Adjustable Drum for Deacidification and Degumming of Crude Oil

How to separate biodiesel?
In the biodiesel separation process using the recently developed centrifuge machine, a mixture contained in a warm tank was fed into the cylindrical bowl of the centrifuge. It was separated at various combinations of mixture temperature (55–65 °C), flow rate (150–250 ml/min), and revolution speed (1800–2400 rpm).

3. Beverage: used for fruit juice and vegetable juice clarification.

4. Biodiesel: crude oil degumming & deacidification & wahsing process; Methyl ester & glycerin separation.

5. Mineral oil: purification of fuel oil and lubricating oil in mineral oil industry, such as marine main engine, land diesel engine, power station, etc.
